First Aid Instructor
We are looking for a candidate who is self motivated, has good organisational abilities and works to high, professional standards.
Duties include delivery of First Aid courses, classroom preparation, maintenance of first aid kit and ensuring all documentation is in order.
The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and expand their instructor portfolio to include Mental Health First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Marshal courses, amongst others.
Part time (up to 30hours per week)

Administration Assistant
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic individual for an administrative role. The successful candidate will have a flexible and proactive approach, excellent IT skills, particularly use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
You will need to be able to deal with a varied workload, be organised, efficient, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality. Tasks to include course co-ordination, managing bookings, answering telephone calls, ensuring records are complete and up to date.

Housekeeper
The ideal candidate will have good time management skills, good attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills. They should have good customer service skills and be flexible.
The role includes the responsibility for taking care of the building’s general cleanliness to provide clean and tidy amenities to students and visitors.
Duties will include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and bathrooms, carrying out some laundry duties, wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures, maintaining standard procedures for cleaning and organising the facility, cleaning and disinfecting equipment, recording missing or damaged items and arranging for the item’s repair or replacements and reporting any problems to the supervisor.

Cook
The ideal candidate will be self motivated, have good organisational abilities and work to high, professional standards.
Duties involve cleaning food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy, preparation of foods, make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements, acting as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service including temperature checks, operation of various kitchen appliances, portion control, arrange and garnish food as required, keeping records as required, estimation of food consumption, stock rotation, maintaining stock levels, cleaning of premises to meet with required standards. Candidates should be flexible and able to work occasional weekends.
