
Our NUCO accredited CPR & AED course provides a minimum of six contact hours in the classroom. It encompasses practical and theoretical activities, ultimately leading to the prestigious FAA Level 2 Award in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation & Automated External Defibrillation (AED).
Heart and circulatory diseases claim a staggering 200,000 lives annually, many of which could have been saved with the availability of a defibrillator. Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) are increasingly prevalent in various public and workplace settings. The presence of an AED significantly enhances a casualty’s chances of survival, particularly when utilized by properly qualified individuals.
This highly practical course empowers learners to confidently and competently operate an AED. In addition to AED training, it also provides essential instruction on resuscitation techniques and procedures for handling choking incidents. By completing this comprehensive course, learners will be equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to respond effectively in critical situations, potentially saving lives.

Assessment and Marking
Throughout the course, the Instructor plays a crucial role in assessing delegates’ performance through practical and oral assessments, such as observation and oral questioning. Additionally, completion of a multiple-choice question paper at the course’s conclusion is required.
The Instructor’s decision to award a pass is contingent upon delegates demonstrating the necessary understanding and competencies at the end of each session, along with the successful completion of the question paper
Certification
A qualification remains valid for a duration of 3 years. To renew their qualification after this period, delegates are required to retake the complete course. However, it is highly recommended that delegates attend annual refresher courses during the 3-year validity period to maintain and update their skills.
